In the junior wing, activities included meditation and yoga sessions for students of classes I, IV, and V, and a painting competition for class III students to express emotions through emojis. Circle Time for Balvatika students facilitated sharing feelings with peers, while classes IV and V contributed to a Gratitude Wall. A health talk, Happy Mind, Healthy Me, was conducted by the school counsellor for class II students. In the senior wing, a motivational speech was delivered in the assembly emphasizing the importance of developing mental well-being. A workshop and interactive session was organized for class 8 students which addressed parental pressure, communication gaps, and fear of judgment. As part of the observance, SCS provided a platform for specially abled children from Deepsikha, an institute for child development and mental health, to showcase their talents and connect with the community through stalls featuring Diwali-themed handmade items. Madam Principal Samita Sinha appreciated the efforts made during Mental Health Week, saying it had fostered a sense of community feeling and empathy among students, promoting mental well-being.
