Surendranath Centenary School organized its Annual Felicitation Ceremony 2026 on 31st July 2026 at the Vidyasagar Auditorium to honour the outstanding achievers of the CBSE Class X (SSE) and Class XII (SSCE) examinations for the academic session 2025–26. The event was attended by proud parents, teachers and students. On the occasion, Utkarsh, the schools annual achievement brochure showcasing the accomplishments of the school and its students, was also released. The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by vibrant cultural performances by the students. Principal Ms. Samita Sinha welcomed the gathering and congratulated the achievers on their remarkable performance. She urged the students to remain humble, determined and committed to excellence, and appreciated the unwavering support of parents and teachers in their success. The meritorious students of Classes X and XII were felicitated with cash prizes and certificates in recognition of their outstanding achievements. The ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Smt. Sita Puspa, Additional Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Government of Jharkhand. Congratulating the students on their exceptional performance, she encouraged them to pursue excellence with dedication, integrity and a spirit of lifelong learning. Emphasising the significance of the number seven, she shared seven rules of success that can transform every students life, one of which was the inspiring message, Every time you fall, get up again. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, celebrating the achievements of the students and reaffirming the schools commitment to nurturing excellence in academics and character.
