The Community Outreach Club of Surendranath Centenary School organised a clothing drive under its Community Outreach Programme, PROJECT RAAHAT. Students, teachers and staff generously donated old clothes, woollens, shoes and blankets. During the drive, a large quantity of woollen items was collected – including sweaters, jackets, shawls, caps, socks, blankets, wearable garments, shoes and coats. All donated items were carefully sorted, packed and subsequently distributed to GuruNanak Home for Handicapped Children. Madam Principal Samita Sinha said, "We are proud of our students for taking the initiative to make a positive impact on our community."
