Surendranath Centenary School organised a Capacity Building Program on Life Skills Advanced for teachers. The resource persons for the session were Ms. Premlata Kumari, Principal, DPS Hazaribagh and Ms. Prodipta Bhattacharjee, PGT English, Sarala Birla Public School. The program focused on equipping educators with advanced strategies to foster critical thinking, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and problem-solving skills among students. Interactive sessions, group activities, and case studies were conducted to ensure practical understanding and implementation of life skills in classroom teaching. Speaking on the occasion, Madam Principal Ms. Samita Sinha said that such programs are essential for teacher empowerment and help in shaping students into confident and responsible individuals.
