Surendranath Centenary School organized a two-day Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on Classroom Management on 4th and 5th July 2026 for its teachers. The sessions were conducted by eminent resource persons Mrs. Paramjit Kaur, Principal, Cambrian Public School and Dr. (Capt.) Sumit Kaur, Principal, Guru Nanak Higher Secondary School. The programme focused on effective classroom management strategies, time management, communication, leadership, planning, and positive behavior management. Madam Principal Ms. Samita Sinha appreciated the valuable inputs from the resource persons and encouraged teachers to implement the strategies to create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment. The programme was highly enriching and beneficial for the professional growth of the teaching staff.
